MEX Talent Search 2012- an initiative of MEX-was organized at Padma Kanya Campus amidst much hype and buzz from the participating students. The competition began with the introduction to the competition and the rules thereafter by the moderator. One by one, students were asked to shed light on the topic entitled, “Inflationary effect on Capital Market of Nepal” The students cited numerous examples related to the topic and exuberantly expressed their opinions. The esteemed panel of judges evaluating the students on their public speaking ability included the Senior Assistant Manager of R&D Dept. at MEX Nepal, Mr. Vivek Risal, the Program Coordinator of the college itself, Mrs. Meera Shrestha and the Assistant Campus Chief of PK Campus, Mr. Gokul Narayan Shrestha. The judges evaluated the students on various aspects including the content furnished, delivery and persuasion amongst others. At the conclusion of the event, Miss. Srijana Basukula emerged victorious edging out Miss. Pujana Thakuri to the runners-up position. The winners received certificate from the Assistant Campus Chief of PK Campus, Mr. Gokul Narayan Shrestha.
