3. What type of commission structure would you prefer for odd lot contracts?
a. Lot Grouping Commission structure
Example, for 0.1 & its multiples
[The below given is just an example and doesn’t guarantee the same commission amount to be implemented]

0.3 - 0.5 600
0.6 - 0.8 1000
0.9 - 1.0 1200
More than 1 Proportion of 1200

b. Proportional Basis Commission structure
Example, for 0.1 & its multiples, if 1000 gms of major Gold contract commission is 1200 then for 0.1 i.e. 100 gms of Gold commission shall be 120, for 0.2 i.e. 200 gms of Gold commission shall be 240 and so on
4. What type of Margin calculation would you prefer?
a. Static Margin; Fixed margin for the products
Example, Margin for Gold Major contract as NPR 75000
b. Dynamic; Variable as per the total contract value of the contract at that time of trade execution.
Example, If the current price of Major Gold contract is Rs 35,000 per 10 gram and margin is 2.15 % ; then margin calculation for major gold contract will be as follows:
Face Value of major Gold: 100
Total Contract value: Current price of gold futures* face Value

Rs 35,000*100 = Rs 35, 00,000

Margin for Gold Major contracts = 2.15 % of 35,00,000 = NPR 75250
