Client Service Department provides a forum for businesses and clients to self report their issues or problems with us through our Non-Clearing members?. By doing this, Exchange is able to build a store of information regarding how specific members have performed compared to their business commitments. This effort is collaboration between MEX and the Non-Clearing Members for better information to themselves and their Clients. Thus, Members will be able to reduce their risks and we can provide them with even greater ability to help protect their commitment with their clients.
Client Service Objectives lies in two folds:
- It helps member solve any problems that arises during trading, it could be technical or operational.
- Secondly, client service department is the focal point to connect management and its members.
