Mercantile Exchange Nepal Limited (MEX Nepal) as a part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) is continuously contributing to the needy section of the society and for serving this purpose on 25th October 2011, MEX Nepal made a charity to an orphanage “Rejoice and Salvation in Trinity Services”. Rejoice and Salvation in Trinity Services is a nongovernmental orphanage located in Bade Gaun in Lalitpur district. There are altogether 56 orphan children residing in that orphanage and is looked after by Mr. Surendra Kumar Khati along with some of his staff.
This charity includes the payment of due bills of. They have been purchasing the basic requirement like rice, lentils and potatoes on credit basis from the retails stores in Lagankhel. On this regards MEX Nepal paid all their dues so that they can continue their daily needs without any due payment.
Besides MEX Nepal also distributed sweets to the children of Rejoice and Salvation in Trinity Services and Rasuwa Langtang Liring Anath Sanstha in Bhaktapur on the auspicious occasion of Tihar
