MEX Talent Search 2012 at KFA Business School!

MEX Talent Search 2012- an initiative of MEX-was organized at KFA Business School, Mid-Baneshwor amidst much hype and buzz from the participating students. The competition began with the introduction to the competition and the rules thereafter. One by one, students were asked to shed light on the topic entitled, “How Nepalese economy is hindered by political instability?” The students cited numerous examples related to the topic and exuberantly expressed their opinions. The participants certainly provided visions beyond the box and one of the participants even concluded by stating that the economy should anticipate the much needed light at the end of the tunnel. The esteemed panel of judges evaluating the students on their public speaking ability included the Senior Assistant Manager of Research & Development Department at MEX Nepal, Mr. Vivek Risal, the Academic Head of the business school itself, Mr. Harendra Jung Thapa and representing Futures Focus Private Limited, Mr. Dhan Kumar Rai. The judges evaluated the students on various aspects including the content furnished, delivery and persuasion amongst others. At the conclusion of the event, Mr. Bibek Khatiwada emerged victorious edging out Mr. Amit Jha to the runners-up position. The winner and the runner-up received certificates from the Academic Head of the business school.

MEX Nepal appreciates the support of the college authorities towards the competition. Congratulations to the winners and on behalf of MEX Nepal, I wish you both the very best as you move onto the final round!
